We want you to love your gear. If something's off, we'll make it right.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition.
To start an exchange, email us at info@jiujitsublanks.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. If you do exchange a product, you are responsible for shipping back the product.
Store Credit
If your size or preferred colorway isn't available, we'll issue store credit for the full purchase amount — no expiration date.
Final Sale
Kits, discounted items, and sale products are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
No Refunds
Due to the nature of athletic wear, we do not offer cash refunds. All sales are final once an item has been worn or washed.
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If you received a defective or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it immediately.
